There is no power to my laptop?

If your laptop turns on but there is no display on the screen then try this simple trick. Connect your laptop to another external screen using VGA, HDMI or monitor cable. If this works and you are able to see the display through the external screen then your laptop screen most likely needs to be replaced. However, if there is no display anywhere then we will look at replacing the Graphics GPU on the motherboard, this is the video card that allows the display to be seen on the laptop screen.

My Laptop is freezing/ is noisy/ is overheating?

When you attach the power cable to your laptop, there is often an LED that comes on to indicate that the machine is charging. If there is no indicator then check your adapter is working. Plug the cable into another power socket and try again, it may sound simple, but it may work. If you have done this then inspect the power pin inside the laptop, is it broken or loose? If this is the case then we will need to dismantle the laptop to repair or replace the pin with a new part, we will clean the surfaces and solder it on to make sure that there is 100% stability.

Turn off the device immediately and remove the battery if this is possible. Place a small towel over the keyboard and turn your laptop upside down. By doing this any excess liquid should be absorbed and prevent any further damage.
Our team will have a better chance of repairing the laptop if the liquid is just water, you might even find that just by turning the machine upside down and placing in a warm/ hot cupboard for 48 hours that the water will evaporate, and the computer will start again with no issues or damage.
