Who do I choose, Office 365 for Business or Google G-Suite for Business?
Effectively by moving to one of the major players you will find you are operating on a corporate based platform at a small cost and without all the overheads of hardware previously required by a small to medium sized business. To operate at this level as a single user would not have been possible and therefore you will be receiving a quality improved service to your business at a minimal cost.
Both platforms depending on the plan your select can host your business email. If your email is hosted by someone in New Zealand we can have the domain name (website, company name) and all email services transferred to your preferred choice of Google or Microsoft, once completed you will have streamlined access to your email from anywhere in the world without any issues along with major enhancements to syncing of email (Outlook) and calendars between your laptop, tablet and phone etc.

Both platforms have many similarities with services and both provide central administration of all users by an administrator login through the internet and 24 hour 7 day support. Licence costs vary depending on whether you are a single user to medium sized business or larger, your requirements and how much cloud storage your require. Microsoft licences tend to be a tad more expensive due to the fact that they offer you the complete Microsoft Suite of Office applications therefore you will receive Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher and Powerpoint included in your licence and free upgrades to newer version included.

We will not go ahead with anything until you as our customer agrees.
